• Visitors: technical data such as IP address and browser, plus the cookie categories you allowed.
• Reviewers: your name, email address or phone number used for verification, your scores and, if you wrote one, your text.
• Businesses: account and organisation details, company profile content and billing details.

To publish and verify recommendations, to keep the platform secure and free of abuse, to provide and invoice our service, and — only with your permission — to measure usage and run marketing.

Our application and database run on servers in Germany. Personal data stays inside the European Union and is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation. We do not sell personal data.

Published recommendations stay visible as long as the company profile exists. Removed content is archived rather than deleted immediately so we can handle disputes and abuse. Account data is kept while your account is active, plus the legally required period for administration.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or a copy, and you can withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Requests can be sent through www.trustigo.com.
